The player first plays the hand to their left by standing or hitting one or more occasions; only then is the hand to the correct performing. If the draw creates a bust hand by counting the ace as an 11, the player counts the ace as a one and continues playing by standing or “hitting” (asking the dealer for extra playing cards, one at a time). Thus, a player could stand on the two playing cards initially dealt with them, or they could ask the seller for additional playing cards, one at a time, till deciding to face on the full (if it is 21 or underneath), or goes “bust” (if it is over 21). Within the latter case, the participant loses, and the vendor collects the guess wagered.
The amount of the original guess then goes on one of the cards, and an equal amount must be placed as a guess on the other card. If the face-up card shouldn’t be a ten-card or an ace, they don’t look on the face-down card until it’s the seller’s flip to play. If the supplier has an ace and counting it as eleven would deliver the full to 17 or extra (however not over 21), the seller must rely on the ace as 11 and stand. The supplier should continue to take playing cards till the overall is 17 or extra, at which point the seller must stand. If a participant’s first two playing cards are of the same denomination, corresponding to two jacks or two sixes, they could select to treat them as two separate hands when their flip comes around.
